Influitive had 39 results with 86% of them being Very Satisfied, Satisfied, or Somewhat Satisfied
ReferenceEdge had 26 results with 81% of them being Very Satisfied, Satisfied, or Somewhat Satisfied
Orca, SlapFive, UserEvidence, RO Innovation and Base
Orca had 6 results; all of them were 5 Very Satisfied or 1 Satisfied.
SlapFive had 7 results; all were 4 Very Satisfied, 2 Satisfied, and 1 Somewhat Satisfied.
UserEvidence had 8 results; 6 Very Satisfied, 1 Somewhat Satisfied, and 1 Dissatisfied
RO Innovation had 3 results; 1 Satisfied and 2 Dissatisfied
Base had 9 results (*1 unverified); 1 Very Satisfied, 2 Somewhat Satisfied, 1 Somewhat Dissatisfied, 3 Dissatisfied, 2 Very Dissatisfied
The Other Tool Winner: Spreadsheets
Spreadsheets had the highest usage rate (over 70 respondents);
They were also used with several other tools and vendors, along with CRMs.
